We are outsourced by AT&T to handle their direct sales and marketing for their U-Verse and Direct-TV campaigns. We help their customers by lowering their existing phone, internet and TV services.

What are the responsibilities of different positions at 45 Inc Birmingham?
After being an Entry-Level Account Representative, the responsibilities change. The individual is now promoted to a Team Lead position. Because we are looking to expand, the Team Lead position requires the individual to become consistent with the training and development of others to perform the entry-level Account Representative's responsibilities. We want to teach our Team Leaders to manage on a small-scale first, then we will steadily increase the number of trainees that they are responsible for. Team Leads are also responsible for lead management, running workshops, public speaking, interviewing, various office responsibilities (such as planning corporate outings and social media campaigns) and coordinating and executing business trips.
Following the Team Lead position is the Assistant Management position. This position is all about learning office management. This includes, but is not limited to: Human Resources, Public Relations, webpage development/maintenance, event planning, advertising writing, attending Career Fairs, writing blogs, maintaining social media platforms, payroll, bookkeeping, finance, accounts payable/receivable, etc. This portion of the training focuses on management of the various aspects of the office.
