Civic Affiliations/Clubs/Sports: National Society of Black Engineers, Basketball, Alzheimer's Association
Biography: Wrinardo McKennedy was born and raised in Atlanta, GA and attended Georgia Tech. He studied computer engineering, but soon after graduating, he realized he wanted to work for himself and decided to pursue entrepreneurship. He took an entry level sales position with the goal of running his own sales and marketing firm. In 2008, he opened his first office in Milwaukee, WI. Due to his massive success working with our client, he was asked to expand to Chicago, IL in 2009 and has been in Birmingham, AL since 2016.
Wrinardo's main focus is developing other entrepreneurs and helping them run their own businesses. His ability to develop strong relationships as a coach and mentor has led him to expand the business to 4 additional locations. He is now pursuing his goal of becoming a consultant.
Wrinardo has a passion for family, basketball, fashion (especially sneakers), social equality, and supporting other small businesses. He has demonstrated track record of strong, sustained sales growth through mutually beneficial customer relationships, valued-added sales processes and recruitment and training of highly productive sales teams; providing a structured, effective method through which ambitious, like-minded people can succeed both professionally and personally.
Favorite part of managing 45 Inc Birmingham: I enjoy the personal development I witness in myself and my team. It feels so great to help a person bring out the best in themselves and get them to the next level of maturity, accountability, responsibility and an overall new awareness of themselves which gives them so much strength and confidence, even if they discover things about themselves that they don't like, because now they have a new awareness. Awareness is a key element of change, growth, knowledge and understanding. I enjoy building people. It energizes me, which, in turn, makes me excited to work with the people that I choose to work with on a daily basis, and makes me want to give them my best. If I can help build great people, then that will lead to building a great business, a great family, a great son or daughter. My team will be great in each role that they play in their lives. That is what I love about working at 45, inc.
